Induction Dairy

This is a working farm/orchard. There are a number of hazards on-site:

• Smoking: no smoking is permitted anywhere on site
• Cowshed: no admittance unless accompanied by the PIC
• Pest control: covered traps and bait stations
• Chemicals in the cowshed and sprayshed
• Machinery/truck/vehicle movements
• Stock movements
• Stock/bulls etc (seek PIC advice prior to entering any paddock)
• Steep no-drive hillsides (seek PIC advice prior to entering any paddock)
• No children without PIC consent
• Oxidation ponds and drainage systems
• Trip hazards
• Overhead power and electric fences

Use the following form to confirm that you understand the hazards associated with the site visit. Note that while we have disclosed all known risks that you will be subjected to on the property, there may be other unidentified risks.
